Midas

I had no choice but to bring my car to this location after it overheated in the middle of the freeway. Unfortunately, even though there were still about 1.5 to 2 hours before closing, they refused to repair my vehicle and kept it overnight. As a result, I was left without a car for an entire day and had a very stressful experience. The next day, they quoted me **$1,400** for the repair and said they could reduce it to **$1,168** with a discount. I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to another mechanic. The new mechanic diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than **2 hours**, and the total cost was only **$330**. The difference between the two estimates speaks for itself. On top of that, Midas charged me **$228** simply for inspecting the car and adding coolant. Charging $228 for such a minor service is, in my opinion, unreasonable and unethical. My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing. Instead of helping a customer in an emergency, they wasted my time, kept my car overnight, and presented me with an excessively expensive repair estimate. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you are ever quoted a high repair cost here, I strongly recommen

This place gets ZERO STARS !!!!. Don't be fooled by the charismatic and friendly staff. They held my car hostage for about 3 days and continuously gas lite me about giving me a quote on the repairs. After 3 days of not going to work I had to have my car towed to a more qualified repair shop. Totally unprofessional. They never called me or logged my car in the system for the status then i get a text at 7:30 at night that they could not get an estimate on how much it would cost even though they had my care for 2 days. On the first day my car arrived at 10:11am and they never put it on the machine to get a diagnosis, and I was told they would for sure look at it tomorrow. The next day came and I had to call for status instead of them calling me. This place is not a place for African American women; they have no respect for us. All I got was no status and someone talking to me in a very condescending way as if I was an idiot. Don't even go here for an oil change even though the price is reasonable. They kept making it seem like I was driving the car with no oil when they had changed it only a month prior, makes me wonder if they even put enough oil in it and that's why I had issues. Th

As my first time here, I had a good experience overall. I came in for an oil change & the pricing was reasonable and the service was good. Jesse at the front desk helped us the whole time by explaining everything, keeping us updated and answering all my questions. He was very helpful and willing to work with you. I also appreciated that they let me know about other things my car might need without making me feel pressured. I’d recommend them!
